Registration & Fees

Join us at Design for Adaptation – Cumulus Detroit 2022, November 2-4.

In an effort to enable conference planning and arrangements for attendees, the associated participation fees are listed below and are based on the choice of in-person or virtual attendance.

Registration Fees for In-Person Attendance Include:

Welcome Reception
Admission to all sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations
Lunches and coffee/tea during breaks mentioned in the program
Exhibition Opening
Conference Closing Dinner

Visa invitation letters

Invitation letters for delegates will only be provided once payment for delegate fees has been made. Invitation letters for accepted authors can be provided on request once your paper or poster is approved.

Hybrid Format

Cumulus Detroit will be held as a hybrid event. If the conference can not take place as an in-person event due to an ordinance from the authorities, we will move to a fully online event. Part of the conference in-person fee will be reimbursed to the registered participants.

For Authors who can not join us in Detroit due to travel restrictions in their countries, we will enable the presentation of their papers and posters in a virtual conference session.

Ticket Reimbursement Policy

Ticket reimbursements will be granted as long as the request is emailed by the following deadlines. Please email cumulus2022@collegeforcreativestudies.edu to request a reimbursement.

Full In-person Ticket
Monday, October 10, 2022: Full reimbursement
Monday, October 24, 2022: 50% reimbursement
No reimbursements will be granted after Monday, October 24

Virtual Tickets
Monday, October 24, 2022: Full reimbursement
After October 24, 2022: 50% reimbursement

One-Day Tickets
Monday, October 24, 2022: Full reimbursement
